What actually happens
This is not the microneedling you’ve heard about.

Numbing cream sits on your face for a good 30 minutes before we start. Most patients describe the treatment as warm and “a little spicy” in spots — not painful.

Why we add exosomes.
Exosomes are tiny messenger particles that tell skin cells to repair. Ours are rich in hyaluronic acid and the signals your skin uses to rebuild itself.
On their own, applied to the surface, they don’t get far. Applied over freshly opened micro-channels, they go deep — which is why we apply them immediately after needling, never before. Patients who add them heal faster, see less redness, and get more from every treatment: smoother texture, smaller pores, sun damage fading sooner.

Does it hurt?
Not the way people expect. You’re numbed for about 30 minutes first. Most patients feel warmth and the occasional “spicy” spot — usually along the jaw or forehead — and that’s it.
What’s the downtime?
Your face will be pink, like a mild sunburn, for about a day. Most patients go back to work the next morning. No peeling, no bandages, no hiding.
How is this different from regular microneedling?
Standard microneedling only makes channels. EXION sends radiofrequency energy through the needles into the layer where collagen is built, and it reads your skin as it works, adjusting the energy in real time. It’s a deeper, more controlled treatment — which is why it corrects sun damage and texture that a roller or pen can’t.
How many treatments do I need?
Most patients see the best correction with three, spaced about four weeks apart. You’ll notice a difference after one; the series is what changes the skin.
When will I see results?
Some glow within days. The real changes — texture, tone, fine lines — build over the four to six weeks after each treatment as new collagen forms, and keep improving after the series ends.
Are exosomes worth it?
If you’re doing this to correct sun damage, yes. They’re applied while the channels are open, so they reach where nothing topical can. Faster healing, less redness, better results. One is included with the series so you can judge for yourself.
